At Water'S Edge Resort, Airlie Beach

The resort has a fantastic location with breathtaking views, but unfortunately, the accommodations felt a bit outdated and lacked some essential amenities. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but we did face some issues with missing items and broken furniture. Overall, the experience was enjoyable due to the beautiful surroundings and the comfortable living spaces, but improvements are definitely needed.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with amazing views and a beautiful pool. However, the room we stayed in felt outdated and wasn't very clean. The air-conditioning had issues, and the noise from nearby alarms and the lift disrupted our stay. Despite these drawbacks, the comfortable bed and breathtaking view might convince us to return for a better room next time.

I had an amazing stay at the resort! The views were absolutely breathtaking and the staff were excellent, especially Brenda, who made our time there special. The location was fantastic, with a convenient Woolworths right across the road. However, while there were three pools available for relaxation, some areas of the resort could benefit from a little updating.
